Job Description

Riviera Bar Crawl & Tours, specialists in discovery and entertainment experiences on the French Riviera, is looking for a talented Events Coordinator to organise and oversee our events. This role is crucial to the success of our activities, from guided tours to evening entertainment.

Missions

Planning and organizing events
Managing and supervising teams at events
Communicating and promoting events
Customer relations: responding to customer requests and ensuring customer satisfaction
Budget management for each event

Skills

Solid professional experience in event organisation
Excellent project management skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in French and English; other languages an asset
Knowledge of event management tools and social media
Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends according to event requirements.
