Job Description

Riviera Bar Crawl & Tours, the leading provider of discovery and entertainment experiences on the French Riviera, is looking for a motivated and experienced City Manager to oversee our operations. The City Manager plays a vital role in the effective management of events, teams and local partnerships to ensure customer satisfaction and business development.

Missions

Supervise and coordinate all company activities and operations
Manage and train the local team
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local partners
Manage event logistics and planning
Monitor and analyse event performance indicators
Manage operational budgets
Promote the company’s offerings through local marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships
Coordinate local marketing actions and communication strategies to attract new customers

Skills

Proven experience in operations management
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of initiative and decision-making
Well-developed project management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong financial management skills
Ability to manage pressure and unforeseen circumstances
Proficiency in office automation tools (Pack Office) and management software
