Job Description
Riviera Bar Crawl & Tours, the specialist in discovery and entertainment experiences on the Côte d’Azur, is looking for an energetic and sociable Barathons Leader. This role is essential to create a festive and memorable atmosphere for participants in our evening outings.
Missions
- Welcoming participants and checking bookings on arrival
- Create a warm and lively atmosphere
- Leading and guiding groups through the city’s bars and clubs
- Ensure that participants enjoy themselves, feel safe and integrated into the group
- Coordinate with partner establishments (bars, clubs) to ensure a smooth, high-quality service
- Promote upcoming events
- Respect and ensure respect for the barathons’ rules of safety and conduct
Skills
- Experience in leading or managing groups
- Outgoing and charismatic personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a group and create a positive and fun atmosphere
- Good knowledge of local bars and clubs as well as nightlife trends.
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Responsible and professional attitude, able to handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively.
- A passion for entertainment
